Order Flow Simple, operated by XANA GROUP EE, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address used at checkout, or contact our support team at hello@supplierflow.app and we will assist you.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current billing period. Cancellations after the 30-day refund window do not entitle you to a refund of the current billing period.
